CrewRecap privacy

CrewRecap collects the daily reports that workers and foremen of a construction firm send on WhatsApp, and turns them into a recap for the foreman and the owner of that firm.

What we store

• The sender’s WhatsApp number and name.
• Messages, photos and voice notes, and the transcripts of the voice notes.

Who processes it

Voice notes and texts are processed by OpenAI to produce transcripts and summaries. The data is used only to produce your firm’s own reports. It is never sold.

Who can see it

Pages with reports are reachable only through private links. A link expires 14 days after the last visit.

Deleting your data

Ask your employer, or write to CrewRecap on WhatsApp: +351 914 017 842. Your data is removed within 30 days.
